In collaboration with the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law and the Cambridge Centre for Intellectual Property, this project aims at clarifying the protection offered to intellectual property rights in international paying particular attention to the interconnection among different areas of regulation, such as environmental law, trade law and investment law.
