C-EENRG Researcher Jessica Crow has been invited to speak as a panelist at the upcoming annual International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) United Kingdom’s Arbitration & ADR Conference on 11 November. The panel topic is Climate Change Meets International Arbitration: A Look Ahead To 2030. It will take place on Day 2 of the event during the virtual session at 12:00pm–1:15pm (UK time). Jessica will be presenting on strategic climate litigation and the extent to which climate law exists and is applicable to international disputes.
