CEENRG Fellow Dr Aiora Zabala has been elected to the Editorial Board of the 'Ecological Economics' journal. This established journal integrates the elements of ecological science, economics, and the analysis of values, behaviors, cultural practices, institutional structures, and societal dynamics. Dr Zabala trained at what is now informally called the "Barcelona School of Ecological Economics" and has remained part of the community, applying this approach in her research in other fields of social environmental sciences. To the journal, she also adds her experience in launching 'Nature Sustainability' journal in 2017-2021.
