Three new C-EENRG Working Papers are published today.

The first of the three, C-EENRG Working Paper 2020-02 by Moritz Baer, is on the Impact of Stranded Fossil Fuel Assets on International Financial Institutions: A financial exposure analysis and implications for European central banks and financial regulators.

C-EENRG Working Paper 2020-03 and C-EENRG Working Paper 2020-04 by Simon Sharpe, Jean-Francois Mercure, Jorge Vinuales, Matthew Ives, Michael Grubb, Hector Pollitt, Florian Knobloch, and Femke Nijsseby are dedicated to risk-opportunity analysis. The former working paper is titled Deciding how to decide: Risk-opportunity analysis as a generalisation of cost-benefit analysis. The latter discusses Risk-opportunity analysis for transformative policy design and appraisal.
