Professor Jorge Vinuales took part in a drafting committee that elaborated a draft Global Environment Pact that will be presented to the UN General Assembly by French President Emmanuel Macron in September of 2017. French national newspaper Le Monde reported on this initiative the following day. Read the newspaper article (in French).
