C-EERNG to launch new book series with Cambridge University Press

As part of its research and outreach activities, C-EENRG will be launching a book series entitled ‘Cambridge Studies on Environment, Energy and Natural Resource Governance’ published by Cambridge University Press.

The series will welcome contributions from a wide range of disciplines (e.g. law, economics, politics, history, geography, anthropology, and others) and interdisciplinary approaches (e.g. policy modelling, sustainability transitions, energy studies). It will focus on foundational works of general interest to sustainability governance, in line with C-EENRG’s research focus, and it will publish high quality monographs and edited collections from academics around the world.

In order to help the general editor of the series, Professor Jorge E. Viñuales, to identify and elicit high calibre works in different disciplines, an Advisory Board has been formed, which includes several distinguished academics such as Professors Liliana Andonova (Politics, Graduate Institute – Geneva), Eyal Benvenisti (Law, Cambridge), Dipesh Chakrabarty (History, Chicago), Robert Costanza (Economics, Australian National University), Arnulf Grubler (Technology studies, Yale), Calestous Juma (International Development, Harvard), Andreas Kontoleon (Economics, Cambridge), Tim Swanson (Economics, Graduate Institute – Geneva) and Paul Wright (Engineering, Berkeley), among others.

The series is part of C-EENRG’s efforts to promote book-length integrative contributions to the understanding of sustainability transitions, and we hope that it will attract the best work in this vast and important area of research.
