last modified Jun 08, 2017 09:43 AM

The Cambridge Centre for Environment, Energy and Natural Resource Governance, in partnership with the Energy@Cambridge initiative and supported by the Philomathia Foundation, is hosting a workshop on the energy transition on Thursday 22 June.

The event, entitled 'An inclusive energy transition? Global low-carbon strategies and their discontent' will look at how the costs and benefits of the energy transition can be best allocated and how participatory mechanisms should be designed to facilitate public engagement in the context of the energy transition. The event will bring together leading academics and policy-makers, including representatives of the UNFCCC Secretariat and the World Energy Council.

The programme of the event is available online, at https://platform-energygovernance.org/events/
